Stupid hot out again...ran during lunch on gym tm. Had to sprint to train this morning...up the ramps. Not a great way to start a recovery day.
4 miles during lunch and then had to run across the city to catch my train after getting stuck at work late...about 1/2 mile extra I believe. I usually don't count this stuff but its tough to ignore an extra 6+ min of running on a recovery day when its 90 degrees out.
