Joined Norm out at Eagle Creek for a very nice 12 miler. Nice scenery, some fun trails and good company. I feel like we worked a lot hard than the pace showed.
Drove back to Orilla's place and started running more (about 20 min break). Ended up going another 5, didn't really plan on going that far bet felt pretty good and opted for some extra milage today.
