Another cooler evening. Hamstrings a bit tender.
Kept tabs on HR again and made sure to keep it near 125 or so on all miles...pace quicker than normal despite what should still be considered a pretty easy pace. It doesn't feel all that easy to me but begins to become second nature. If nothing else the HRM will be a good guide for me to find a proper pace.
Ran 6, then did drills for about 10 min (which I'll count as a mile and call it a 7:30) and then did another 5 miles.
Might have to cut mileage a little this week...will see what the higher intensity does in a few days.
This pace is much closer to mcmillian and daniels.
