Used the Garmin to nail 9 min/mi, which is the goal pace of my marathon. I did not have HR info due to the scab on my chest from my last long run with the monitor. My right hamstring bothered me slightly the entire run, but never got bad enough to alter the workout. I did the isometric exercises before the run and stretched well after the run. I feel very good after doing that. I'm shooting for 35 miles this week.
