Notes

5 minute walking warm-up, 8 x 5 minutes running with 2 minute walk breaks. This run felt so great! I loved being back outside and up/down little hills. Both my hips were a little sore today, but I didn't feel the right one at all on the run. The left I felt (just a little cranky, but again, nothing I'd give much notice). On my left, I also felt a small, small amount of anterior tibial tendon crankiness when I woke up this morning (a new side for me--usually it's the inside of my ankle, not the outside). But it subsided completely as soon as I got 10 minutes into the run.
