Notes

Peroneal tendon (outside of lower leg to behind ankle) continues to be a little cranky. Very mild still and I want to keep it that way. The last time this came up it was after stair and elliptical when I was babying the stress fracture. I've never had it before that (and never caused by running). Anyway, I did 30 min on the elliptical, then 30 minutes weights, then 15 minutes elliptical. It didn't hurt, but I was aware of it, so I just cut the elliptical short.
