Terrible run. Cold and icy so took it slow, but even going slow my HR was high and my chest was tight. Switched to liquid iron a couple days ago. Regular tablets for nearly 8 weeks have done little to nothing (at least that I can tell). I guess it's possible that the pneumonia is also working against me as I'm only 3 1/2 weeks out from that. Avg 164, max 185.
