Notes

Was pretty tired for this easy run. Noticed my HR was high in spots when I didn't feel like I was working that hard. Average cadence 175, elevation gain 275 ft. Hip was a little sore, but that bad. Took some ibuprofin beforehand, which definitely seems to help.
