Took it very slow! I don't usually run in the afternoon, so this was tough for me. I really just wanted to take a nap. And I was worried that I wasn't recovered enough to do even some easy miles. Thankfully once I got out there, I felt fine. Hip hurt, and legs didn't feel awesome, but taking it slow helped. Average heart rate was a respectable 142, cadence 172. As always, so glad when I complete the run, especially when mentally I just wasn't feeling it.
