2 mile warm up, then 7@ GMP, 7:53, 7:53, 7:53, 7:58, 8:01, 8:06, 8:13. Ran with a friend and it was really helpful for motivating me. I had a terrible terrible side stitch in the last mile and SO wanted to stop, but ran through it. Avg HR 160, avg cadence 178.
