Good hard run!! Tough hilly terrain and heavy rain made this a very hard run but feel a symbolic victory over being able to do it! I may or may not be able to run tomorrow but I shall see. I wanted to get 36miles in this week but it's looking like it's going to be tough because I'm spending the week in the mountains of Asheville. I'm going to rest well tonight and see how I feel tomorrow! Either way, i'm finally running the Turkey Trot this year!
