Notes

Great run! I'm back in Asheville for this one week so I want to make it count. I will be aiming for 36 miles this week to start back up the high-mileage base training. I need to take it very measured and relaxed in these runs because my legs are not at all used to these hills! it's going to be tough but I can make i through and will be much stronger after this week for doing so! It's good to be back in Asheville :)
