Very tough run. Past my fitness level for sure. Had to cut the tempo run short to 18:00 instead of the 22:00 planned. But finished off the rest of the run strong so that was good. I may take 3 days off instead of 2 to get solid rest for the next workout week coming up.

20 minute tempo. Make sure this is a flat course. If running on the south side make sure you go far enough down 3rd street to not go back to the hills!
