Pace = 9:00 to 9:30

Ran for 35 minutes at 8:47 pace followed by a jogging cool down for 5 minutes. This run felt pretty good, however after the run my right knee was somewhat sore. I have not had this pain in quite a while and I hope it is not a recurrence of past ITBS problems.
