Nike Lunar Trainer
First run back from break. Ran with Nicolai. Felt pretty smooth for not running for a week. Legs felt pretty good, not bad but not great. Ran all around Cedar Grove/Verona. Was pretty cool out in the low 70's with misting rain and fog.
