AT Peachtree Ridge but my heart wasn't really into it. Started a bit late for this time of year. Was trying the lower cadence again and trying to increase stride length a bit.
AVP: 10:04.5 AHR 132.5, m172=c174 ASL 0.917 T77 DP71.2 = TDP 148.2 HAP: 9:40
On 2/11 also had m172=c174 AHR 122 (10 lower than today) T37 with AVP 10:08.1 & ASL 0.913
