A fantastic run. Tired by last interval but pleased with all even happy with time going up Kiln Road hill. A bit stop start at the beginning with Mia and then cars etc but once got a little further out and less populated streets found my rhythm. Felt strong and revived at the end.

Wore thermal top and yellow jacket, did not need the jacket as it was tied around my waist for most of the run, but could not face going out without it....
