I do struggle with recovery pace and keeping it slow. I just can't run any slower otherwise I might as well walk! Oh well will continue to keep it slow as I can it is just naturally want to go faster.

Well today's run was good and felt "recovered" at the end and could easily kept going. Did want to in order to make up the miles missed from Thursday's aborted run, but then realized it is not only early stages of training, but was only 2.75 miles lost and making them up won't make any difference and may have impacted on the more important long run tomorrow.
