Tempo Intervals. Checking for muscle memory. Tempos = 6:21 minutes @ 7:56 pace and 5:30 minutes @ 7:47 pace with just shy of a couple minutes jog in between. Doubt I could hold an eight flat pace for 5K right now. Cardio could carry the water, but don't think the frame would hold together?
