Feeling slightly better today both physically (still pain but not as much) and mentally. Had more of a , I’m not going to let this conquer me attitude. Reading a lot and just maybe need stretches to strengthen the area.
Starting to snow, a foot expected tonight so will take a rest day tomorrow as that’s good timing.
Glad to see I can still manage sub 9
