Sarah got put into quarantine so she can’t track practice this week and she designed us a workout
I am not a sprinter anymore ha
Lots of starting and stopping but fun.
Did 8 mini sprints (she torched me without much effort), then we did some jogging through the vineyards and a strong 30 or 40 seconds a few times (generally I had her on those, endurance baby!) that was about 1.5 miles of sprinting and jogging. After she was done did about another 1.5 miles and held up decently
Miles aren’t really helpful but here they are anyway

2: 8:09.4 (more walking in this set)
3: 8:25.1
3.11: 46.2 (7:16 pace)
