Aldcliffe 6 w W. Not so muddy today, but cold and very, very windy! First five W ran w springs in his heels while my tired legs struggled to keep up; last mile stopped a bit as the wheels fell off a bit (stitch? couldn't breathe?). Great view of pure white egrets rising from the ditches near Stodday.
