2 year microdiscectomy anniversary today. Met Steve & David to run at RB. Got falling out of the way early. It was a little bloody, but not too much damage. We picked up Anatolie after 8 miles. Finished up 21 with Steve since we lost Anatolie and David near the end of the 16 and didn't see where they went. Then I went back out and ran a loop and did 5 hill repeats. Pretty slow last few miles.
