Notes
Forced myself to keep the pace easy today. I was hoping 8 min average, but hard to do. I caught up to Scott and he was running the right pace so I ran with him. I picked up pace after coming off the trail spur. Last 0.3 mi were easier for a little cool down. I feel like I am starting to recover from whatever has been bringing me down. I'm sleeping better, mood is better, and less tired. I am feeling some aches though but nothing major. I am ready to admit I must have been suffering from overtraining. I had at least 6 and probably more of the symptoms and the big one was loss of enthusiasm for running which I rarely experience. I will definitely try to keep this in check in the future.
