Notes
Ran the Focus on Health 5K to benefit Habit for Humanity after running the Sandbagger 10K. Tony Rigdon also ran both. Stayed with him for about 2 miles and then he sped up for the win. I placed 2nd. Nice touch at the end was the water mister to run through. Course came out to 2.93 mi so a little short, but overall a pretty even pace. I wasn't sure I had low 6 miles in me today. I took it easy during the 10K and didn't feel the greatest (very tired and a touch of nausea) but the 5K felt good until the last mile could feel the heart rate had increased and was ready to be done!
