Notes
Several of us were planning to meet before the Sandbagger for a warmup run. I think we had at least 9 people turn out and the group pretty much stayed together for a nice easy-paced run. I felt okay for this warm-up and even though I wanted to run a little faster it was probably good that I took it easy.
