Notes
Another good solid run. I wasn't sure I'd be able to do much at all after a fairly hard run last night, but this a.m. felt good too. I ran with Bob the whole way. I wouldn't call this easy, but it was comfortable enough and I enjoyed it. I know I went faster because of Bob, but since I could, and it felt good I figure why not? It's a thrill to have 3 good runs in a row this week.
