Skipped it yesterday, which is a no-no. I either am serious about this or I drop it. If I'm tired, like yesterday, so then at least start and do them as best as possible. But don't just lie my lazy ass in bed.
Today's E-Cises were good. Upon Peter's recommendation I used fists instead of open hands on the Downward Dog to decrease my wrist pain. It seems to work.
