Notes
Just one day after returning from Switzerland I went to this run from my wife's restaurant to our home; 10 miles mostly flat. At the beginning my legs were tired and I had a difficult time to keep going. After all, it was like 1:00 AM for me due the time change.
Regardless, I kept going and felt better during the middle of the run. And at the end, even though I was tired, I found the energy to keep going faster and faster. I must have done the last mile in 9 minutes or so. It was strange because it felt that I didn't care that I was tired.
Like I just ignored my tireness and kept going like I was not. This was the first time I have experienced something like that and found it pretty interesting. Does that mean that as harder I push it as more strength I will gain? I will find out; sooner or later.
