Another workout in Switzerland. I've ran from Holzji (2,641 feet above sea level) to Schratt (4,064 feet above sea level), covering an elevation of 1,423 feets in 45 minutes. I had to speed walk 13 minutes into the run for 2 minutes and then again after 41 minutes. But I didn't know that I was almost at the end otherwise I would have run all the way.
