Powerful workout! Ran all the uphills non-stop and felt strong. The uphill took me 38 minutes which is a 11:10 min/mile pace. Downhill took me 28 minutes which is a 8:14 min/mile pace.

It got dark on my downhill and saw many wild animals like rabbits.
