Notes
Went out and did my usual 6 mile hilly out and back. Didn't feel like going and the run itself was OK. Kinda got into a rhythm and just took it a step at a time. Didn't bring my iPod. Didn't feel like listening to music.
The run felt OK. I'm still not back in shape. Not sure if that's because I didn't recover from the PCT50 yet but it has been almost 2 weeks now. My left knee hurt the first mile but then the pain went away. I was glad being done with it but also wouldn't mind going out and do the loop again.
