Notes
After running with the girls out-and-back twice from home to the stop sign I felt motivated to go do a run myself. I told myself to take it easy but didn't want to walk at all, which I didn't. Ended up doing that 6 mile run in 1 hour, which isn't bad with the hilly course considered.
I feel good lately. My body doesn't hurt much anymore but only feels stiff. Tonight I'll start doing stretches.
