What a race! First up race directors were Don and Gillian plus the race was for free. Right from the start I was running with Earl and Barbara, both finisher of Western States and Barbara even finished Badwater four times! We chatted and ran but took us forever to complete the course. We came in death last and even the 50 mile runner already finished. But it was fun and we got a cup as a finisher award.
