Notes

Took it very easy. Kinda simulating the 100 miler race. Power-walk uphill and run the flats and downhill but nothing like pushing it. Feet hurt a bit since the past days but I think it's because of the more miles I'm running right now. I'll definitely take 7 to 10 days off running before the big race.
