OMG. What a bad workout. Planned to go on top of the mountain 13 miles round-trip but had to turn around at mile 2.5 for a total of 5 miles. I am not sure what is going on but I'm in an extremely bad shape right now. My legs hurt a lot during the day and my running is really difficult.
Perhaps it was the heat today. It was reaching 100 F. But I've done well in heat in the past.
