This felt good and gave it my best. However, for some reason I'm still really tired today. I only slept 1 hour from Sat to Sun and did the Triathlon. I slept really good from Sun to Mon; over 8 hours but was so tired on Mon. Last night I slept well too from 10:30 PM to 5:00 AM but still I'm having trouble wakening up.
