O. M. G. What a workout. One of the best workout ever. Went out strong, kept going strong, and stood strong until the end. Broke my current PR by over 1 minute. Downhill ran by a family pretty fast and I think I scared them. Sorry!!
Now I'm home and nothing hurt. Nothing feels pounded. My legs feels like I have sat on my chair the whole day. It's awesome.
I think I'm ready for SD100.
