Ran to the gym wanting to swim. As I was ready to dive into the pool Linda came and said that the babysitting place was closed. So I took the kids home and watched them while Linda and Grace were working out. Once they're done I drove back and let the girls drive home.
Richard took my body fat measurements: 24%. Not bad. Within the fit area. After I ran home.
