Alexis fell out of her bed this morning at 5 AM so I picked her up and put her back. After a while she came out and wanted to sleep with us. That was OK with us. But I took the chance and got up for a run, which is the first time I ran that early in the day. At 5:15 AM I was on my way doing 3 miles loops. Within the second loop I had a heart attack because while I was running a dog came charging behind me and took me by surprise. I wasn't sure what to do but, luckily, it turned out that the dog was friendly. He (she?) ran with me for about 100 yards and then went back home (I assume).
