First 4 miles were slower than I probably would have liked to have run, because I kept having to adjust the fuel belt. It wasn't until mile 4 that I got it where I wanted and it stopped bouncing around on my stomach. Miles 5-9 felt the best. First time I've run 10 miles since my half in March. Also, ran in my new Adistar Boosts. They felt okay. Can't tell how I like them, yet. Feet were hurting by the last mile.
