Knee and hip started acting up again, and lasted for about two miles. Almost turned around at the 1.5 mile mark. Legs felt fatigued and I struggled to keep my pace. Tried to average 8:50, but I felt like I was going harder than I actually was. I don't know if it's because of my 10 miles on Saturday and then not running yesterday, or if it's because I'm getting/have a cold. My body just didn't feel good.
