1.5 mile w/u, 6 1/2 mile repeats between 7:30 and 8:00 pace, 1.5 mile c/d Felt good. Shin and ankle ached a bit during my 3rd and 4th interval, but I was still able to keep pace. Didn't felt too hard; felt like I could have run faster. Cool down didn't feel good for my shin or the top of my left foot.
