Ran after HBBS, which was smart. Turns out it's a lot easier to run after squats than it is to squat after a run. Felt easy and didn't feel like i was running a 9 min pace. Shin and ankle ached a bit, but nothing major. Left ankle was throbbing when I was done, though. Happy with how it felt compared to my latest runs.
