Notes
I actually ran 4 miles like I was supposed to, but I didn't realize until nearly half a mile down the road that my watch wasn't even calculating the distance or pace. I only looked down once and saw the HR screen, so I didn't think about the other screens not working. I turned it off and back on and reset it. So, my watch says I only did 1/2 mile warm up.
Anyway, my legs felt really good! The first interval wasn't too bad. There was some headwind, but not a lot, and I knew I had 7:15 in me, so I pushed through it. The second interval was tough. I felt like I was going so much faster than that average. I was gasping for air by the end of it. My right arm/shoulder got really, really sore and achy towards the end of my run, but that was the worst of it. Everything else felt good.
