Test run. Turned around before I crossed the street, because when I got to the 1/2 mile mark I knew I wasn't going to do 2, but wanted to try and run more than 1. Leg/knee started off the same as it had before, but I came out of it by the time I got to the end of our road. Still didn't feel good to run on it; wasn't able to put an equal amount of weight both legs and run normal, which was frustrating. Hoping I was just stiff, but it was hard to tell. Limped some, but not as bad as I was before. Stretched and rolled IT band. Still had some shooting pains in knee and hip while stretching.
