First run in a few weeks that has felt good. From beginning to end I had no pain in my knee (only stiffness) and I didn't have to limp (even when I stopped to cross the street.) When I first started off I was kind of limping, but I think it was mostly because of stiffness. I had to make myself slow down a bit; wanted to play it safe and not make the same mistake that I made last time and go to fast just because I was feeling good. The last mile my left leg started to get really heavy and I couldn't land my foot right, but nothing major. Hopefully, my knee and hip are back to normal. Will still continue to roll and stretch, though.
