Was going to run 4 easy, then decided to just run 3, but turn it into a progression run. When I first started out, my knee felt the same as it has the past few runs, but not terrible. It felt almost normal by the time I crossed the street. Feet felt a lot better, too, with the insoles. Legs felt out of shape (breathing, too) since I haven't really pushed my pace above 8:30 in probably over a month. I'll just have to be patient and continue to ease back into it. I'm just happy I was able t push the pace even a little bit.
