Knee felt iffy when I first started out, but starting feeling better once I got going. Legs felt heavy the entire run, and my breathing felt labored. The wind didn't help any. During the "easy" part of my run it felt like I was pushing an 8:00 pace. For the tenth of a mile when I pushed the 5k pace it felt okay. I didn't hit my lap button, but I know I hit mid 7:20's for the first one. The second two were closer to 7:40, though. Could have pushed it, though. I noticed after running those little "spurts" that when I slowed back down to an easy pace it felt easier - my breathing felt a little better, but not my legs. There's no telling how Saturday's going to go. I might surprise myself, and do what I normally do, or I might bonk.
