Tempo workout:
10 minute warm-up
7 sets of 5 minutes. 1st set at 8:30/M pace, each set thereafter reduces pace by 15sec/M.
10 minute cool-down
Used my Garmin, programmed in the sets as an Advanced Workout. It did something weird, dropped cool-down set off, so I had to manually enter it. Have to look into why this happened.
